  • White Wine Vinegar: 5 g
  • Salt: 23 g
  • Mustard: 3 g
  • Celery Seeds: 1 g
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 5 g
  • Chili Powder: 2 g
  • Brown Sugar: 15 g
  • Paprika: 1 g
  • Ground Black Pepper: 2 g
  • Peanut Oil: 15 g
  • Ketchup: 80 g
  • Water: 300 g

  1. Cut the pork ribs into sections approximately 10 cm long. Soak the ribs in 300 g of water and 20 g of salt for 10 minutes to remove excess blood. Rinse well and drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine the white wine vinegar, 3 g salt, mustard, celery seeds, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, and peanut oil. Add the pork ribs and toss well to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Arrange the marinated ribs on a 10-inch ceramic plate and pour the remaining marinade over the ribs. Place the plate in the oven and select "American-Style BBQ Pork Ribs" once the recipe is recognized. Start the first cooking stage.
  4. When the first stage is complete, pause the cooking and remove the ribs according to the on-screen instructions. Add 80 g ketchup and toss the ribs until evenly coated.
  5. Return the ribs to the oven, tap Continue Cooking, and complete the second cooking stage.
  6. When finished, remove the ribs and serve with the flavorful sauce from the bottom of the plate.
