- Mustard: 3 g
- Celery Seeds: 1 g
- Worcestershire Sauce: 5 g
- Chili Powder: 2 g
- Brown Sugar: 15 g
- Paprika: 1 g
- Ground Black Pepper: 2 g
- Peanut Oil: 15 g
- Ketchup: 80 g
- Water: 300 g

Instructions
- Cut the pork ribs into sections approximately 10 cm long. Soak the ribs in 300 g of water and 20 g of salt for 10 minutes to remove excess blood. Rinse well and drain.
- In a bowl, combine the white wine vinegar, 3 g salt, mustard, celery seeds, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, and peanut oil. Add the pork ribs and toss well to coat. Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Arrange the marinated ribs on a 10-inch ceramic plate and pour the remaining marinade over the ribs. Place the plate in the oven and select "American-Style BBQ Pork Ribs" once the recipe is recognized. Start the first cooking stage.
- When the first stage is complete, pause the cooking and remove the ribs according to the on-screen instructions. Add 80 g ketchup and toss the ribs until evenly coated.
- Return the ribs to the oven, tap Continue Cooking, and complete the second cooking stage.
- When finished, remove the ribs and serve with the flavorful sauce from the bottom of the plate.
